• To send money simply walk into one of our shops with Photo ID and fill out a short form
• No ID required if you are sending less than £600
• Hand in the form and the cash along with a transfer fee
• The transfer fee is according to the place it is being sent to, the urgency and how much
• The service is computerised and can be priced and processed immediately
• Each transaction is monitored using a control number
• To receive money, the recipient hands in the form and relevant ID to the Western Union retailer and it is paid in currency of your choosing
